HKAAT 7th Annual General Meeting and
AGM Dinner Announcement
Dear members,
We will be holding our seventh Annual General Meeting on 3rd July 2010 at Shing Hin Chinese Restaurant (Private dining room) in City University of Hong Kong, in Kowloon Tong. We hope that all of you can attend. This will be an important AGM as the new body of officers of HKAAT would like to propose new terms and ideas and your vote is necessity as these terms will affect all members. There will be holding elections for a new body of officers to serve on EXCO and we will be recruiting volunteers as well.
After the A.G.M, we will be hosting a complimentary dinner at Shing Hin Chinese Restaurant for all members attending, so come with your appetites. We will plan to have a
round-table discussion on UK, US and/or other programs in Art Therapy; along with dialogue and an opportunity to partake in a meaningful and interactive discussion. Please see details below.
